You may return the product if it malfunctions within this 14-day period. However, refunds will not be granted for malfunctions caused by abuse, negligence, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Please note that damaged products due to external influences or returns initiated after 14 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund.
